This notice covers the information you give Leads Global through this site's clinic review and preferred-time forms.

What we collect

Your name, clinic name/type, business email and phone number, the service and commercial concern you want to discuss, and enquiry-contact permission. If you suggest a call time, we also record that date and time window.

Do not submit patient records, medical histories, diagnoses, treatment plans or identifiable patient/children's information. Aggregate business counts are sufficient for the review.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare for a relevant business conversation, coordinate a possible review and follow up on that request. The form does not subscribe you to recurring marketing.

Where the request goes

Your request is saved in this site's managed hosting/database infrastructure. A saved enquiry or time preference may generate an operational notification to the project owner, so Leads Global can act on it. Authorised people involved in handling the enquiry may access the information for that purpose.

The site does not put your personal information into public page URLs. A browser-held private receipt credential lets you view your own request state and update its preferred time. On a shared device, another person using the same browser session may have that access; don't share the credential.

Call requests are not confirmed meetings

Selecting a preferred time does not reserve live calendar availability. The time is confirmed directly with you. No customer email, calendar invitation or reminder is represented as sent by this website.

Corrections and deletion requests

You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information. Use the review form to identify the original business request and explain what you want changed, or raise it when we contact you. We may need to verify that you are the relevant contact before acting. Do not submit passwords or sensitive documents.

Data practices and this notice will be updated if connected services change. Questions about a clinic's own patient data or clinical services belong with that clinic.
