For chiropractic, TCM & dental clinic owners

Your next patient
may already be
in your inbox.

They asked a question. They showed interest. Then the conversation went quiet.

Before you pay for another enquiry, find out what would help more of the right people book—and arrive.

The frustrating part isn't a quiet inbox

Plenty of enquiries.
Still gaps in
the appointment book.

You paid for the attention.
You want it to become something.

A prospect asks about the price. Your receptionist is helping someone at the desk. The reply goes out later. There are more questions, a tentative time, then silence.

Another person books and doesn't arrive. Someone else comes in with expectations your team has to correct.

The report says the campaign generated leads. But your clinic still has appointments it could serve—and your team is still doing the chasing.

The business question isn't just “How do we get more enquiries?” It's “What is stopping the right enquiries from becoming attended visits?”

A different place to start

Make the next step work.
Then give it more attention.

Sometimes you need better enquiries. Sometimes people need a clearer first visit. Sometimes the interest is there, but the booking and follow-up aren't doing their job.

We look at the whole conversation before deciding where your money should go.

01

Give the right person a reason to choose you.

Make the service and first visit understandable. Show relevant, approved evidence. Avoid an offer that attracts interest your clinic cannot meaningfully serve.

02

Make booking a clear decision.

Answer the practical questions, explain the commitment and offer a usable next step. Give your staff the information they need to help—not another name in a spreadsheet.

03

Help the appointment actually happen.

Connect confirmation, preparation, reminders and rescheduling where needed. Keep an appropriate human conversation available, so a change of plan doesn't simply become a lost enquiry.

The experience behind the approachCase chapter 01 / Chiropractic

Healthcare work
that didn't end
after a campaign.

I've been actively serving Equil Health since 2018. It's an ongoing chiropractic relationship—not a logo borrowed from a brief project years ago.

Healthcare is not simply an advert and a form. People want to understand what a first visit involves, whether the service is relevant, what it costs and what they are committing to.

A clinic needs those conversations to support the care it actually provides. That is why we work on the message and next step together, rather than judge the job solely by how cheaply someone enquires.

Interest is only the beginningCase chapter 02 / TCM

The value is in
the visit—not
the form fill.

My work includes two TCM clinics with reported average order values around S$1,000. These projects make the distinction between an enquiry and a commercial outcome particularly important.

A name in your inbox is not S$1,000 in revenue. The person still needs to understand the visit, attend and make an appropriate decision with the practitioner. And revenue is not the same as contribution after delivery costs.

For your clinic, we connect those steps so the owner can see what happened. If people are not booking, we inspect the conversation. If bookings aren't attending, we inspect the commitment and preparation. If people attend but don't proceed, the clinic needs to examine fit, expectations and the consultation—not automatically buy more leads.

A cheap lead can still be expensiveCase chapter 03 / Dental

S$10 enquiries.
Not a happy ending.

In one dental project, enquiries came in at approximately S$10 each. Sales were poor.

That is not a success story disguised as a cheap-lead screenshot. It's the reason we don't treat CPL as the final answer.

What happens after the click deserves just as much attention: whether the enquiry fits the service, whether someone responds usefully, whether the person books, attends and understands the available next step.

The clinic declined an AI leadflow agent. That doesn't prove the agent would have solved the problem. The right lesson is to inspect what actually happens after the enquiry, then choose the intervention the evidence supports.

You deserve a partner who can ask the uncomfortable commercial question—even when the ad metric looks good.

A calm modern clinic reception and waiting area
The week you want to build towards

More time helping patients.
Less time rescuing enquiries.

Clearer replies. Better prepared visits. A team that knows the next action.

Illustrative clinic setting. This is the intended improvement, not a guaranteed result.
Not three versions of the same template

Your clinic has
its own first visit.

A dental enquiry isn't a chiropractic enquiry with a different logo. The questions, urgency and next step can be different.

Make the first visit understandable.

Explain the assessment and practical appointment details without implying that everyone needs an ongoing treatment plan. Give your staff a clear way to answer administrative questions and hand clinical questions to the right person.

A note from the marketer behind the work

I've been in
marketing since 2007.
I want to see what happens next.

A campaign can look successful on a screen while the business owner is still wondering where the customers are.

That gap is what I want to discuss with you. Not whether we can add another tool, write another advert or produce another report.

What are people asking? What are they seeing? Why would the right person choose the appointment? And what is happening when they try?

Your review is a chance to look at those decisions with the person behind the strategy—not sit through a generic agency deck.

Once we know what needs fixing

Build the missing pieces.
Then keep them working.

Two different jobs. One connected approach. We agree the priority service, what can stay and what needs to change before the build begins.

01 / The focused build

Make the next step work.

A focused setup for the missing parts of your acquisition and booking process.

  • Offer & messageClarify the priority service, first-visit proposition, relevant evidence and questions the prospect needs answered.
  • Campaign & pagePrepare the agreed initial creative and campaign. Build or improve the landing page and relevant thank-you/next-step experience.
  • Reply & booking processConfigure approved responses, practical qualification, booking, confirmation and follow-up where needed—in supported systems.
  • Visibility & handoverTrack the useful steps and show your staff how a sample enquiry moves through them, including exceptions.

Usually start with one priority acquisition path. Keep useful existing assets. Exact production and integration scope is agreed before payment.

02 / The ongoing work

Keep interest moving towards visits.

Campaign management and management of the agreed follow-up system—not an untouched dashboard.

  • Run & improve the campaignManage the selected channel, review lead quality and make agreed message, creative and page improvements.
  • Maintain the follow-throughCheck for missed or misdirected enquiries. Maintain approved answers, confirmation, reminders and rescheduling where configured.
  • Adapt to the clinicUpdate the process when services, fees or availability change. Stop promoting appointments you can't serve.
  • Make the next useful decisionReview bookings, attendance and appropriate paid outcomes with the owner. Explain what changed and why.

We agree the right scope for your clinic during our conversation.

External software, messaging/call usage and bespoke additional work are separately disclosed unless included in the written quote. A full CRM rebuild, unlimited content or a staffed 24/7 calling team is not implied. Your clinical team retains clinical decisions and human care conversations.

Need multiple locations or deeper planning? We can discuss a wider scope separately. It isn't silently included in the base engagement.

Fair questions before spending again

You don't need
another promise.
You need a clear answer.

Especially if you've already paid an agency and still don't know what happened after the enquiries.

What if we already get enough enquiries?

Then more advertising may not be the first move. We look at fit, the response, the booking and what happens around the visit. The work should match the loss—not automatically increase your budget.

Do we have to use AI?

No. A reliable human process may be the right answer. Automation can support repetitive approved information and routing; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace the people responsible for care.

Are you taking over our reception team?

No. We build and manage the agreed systems and acquisition work. Your people own the human conversations, clinical questions, current availability and truthful outcome updates. Those responsibilities are made clear before launch.

Can we keep our existing website and CRM?

Where they support the agreed process, yes. You shouldn't pay for a replacement simply to make a package look bigger. Necessary changes and supported integrations are explained before purchase.

Can you guarantee patients or revenue?

No. We can make and manage the agreed improvements, but a person's decision, clinical suitability and the economics of care cannot be guaranteed by marketing. We show the assumptions and evidence rather than invent a target.

What are the contract and handover terms?

The written proposal sets out the exact scope, production allowance, billing, cancellation, access and handover arrangements before payment. Ask about them. They should never be a surprise after you commit.

Is this a grant-funded package?

No. This is a direct, full-price engagement. Evaluate it on the useful work, costs and fit for your clinic—not on reimbursement.

Start with a useful conversation

Bring your clinic.
Bring the frustration.
Let's find the next step.

You don't need a polished brief or perfect reporting. Tell me which service you want to grow and where enquiries seem to go quiet.

  • 01 Look at what happens after the enquiry.
  • 02 Identify the likely booking or conversion gaps.
  • 03 Discuss the first improvement worth making.

If an engagement makes sense, we'll explain the build, monthly work and costs. If a smaller fix is the better answer, that belongs in the conversation too.
